Parinas Neil has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde since May 2005 in multiple leadership roles, including Head of the Center for Faculty and Institutional Research, Special Assistant for Lasallian Studies and Research, and Vice President for Lasallian Mission and Student Life. Parinas led various divisions focusing on student well-being, ministry, restorative discipline, social action, and student affairs. Additionally, Parinas directed the Center for Learning and Performance Assessment, overseeing a team responsible for testing, performance evaluations, and institutional research. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Executive Director at the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines, supporting educational reforms. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Educational Measurement and Evaluation from De La Salle University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from Philippine Normal University.
