Annie Berendsen

Annie Berendsen is a professional with a diverse background in project management, research, and advocacy, currently serving as a Projectmedewerker at De Regenboog Groep and an Onderzoeker at the University of Amsterdam since October 2021 and October 2022, respectively. Annie is also a Board Member for Music Declares Emergency Netherlands and a Co-Founder of Young Urban Engineers, both roles active since 2021 and 2020, respectively. Previously, Annie held positions as a Team Captain and Researcher at TeAMSpirit | Urban Greenhouse | AMS and as a Studentredacteur at Resource Wageningen UR. Early work experience includes serving as a waitress at Theehuis Rhijnauwen. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Metropolitan Analysis, Design and Engineering from 2019 to 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Wageningen University & Research from 2014 to 2017, complemented by secondary education at Christelijk Gymnasium Utrecht from 2008 to 2014.
