Ahmed Azab

Ahmed Azab is a skilled data engineer with extensive experience in managing and optimizing data pipelines and deploying AI tools. Currently employed at de Volksbank since May 2024, Ahmed previously worked as an interim data engineer/scientist at fonq.nl after the acquisition of NADUVI, where responsibilities included the management of existing data infrastructure. Prior to that, Ahmed served as a data engineer and data scientist at NADUVI from January 2022 to March 2024, building upon internship experience in data engineering and analysis during the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Econometrics and Data Science at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam from September 2019 to June 2022, followed by a Master of Science in Econometrics from the same institution from September 2022 to June 2023. Additional academic pursuits include minors in Applied Econometrics and Deep Programming.
