Alessandra Milazzi

Alessandra Milazzi is a seasoned professional in architecture and development, currently serving as Development Manager at DeA Capital Real Estate SGR since October 2020. Previous experience includes architectural roles at U.D. URBAN DESIGN AB, where involvement in the recovery and redevelopment of existing buildings led to compliance with LEED certification parameters, and De Zwarte Hond, contributing to the sustainable transformation of the Afsluitdijk dam in the Netherlands using BIM. Earlier positions include an internship at Posad, collaboration on scaffolding and expansion projects with Ing. Alma Michela Martina, and participation in various architectural workshops and courses. Alessandra holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from The Polytechnic School of Genoa and has pursued advanced studies in sustainable buildings and LEED certification. Additionally, language training in Swedish and Dutch enhances communication skills in diverse environments.
