Francine Florence M.

Francine Florence M. is a seasoned professional in humanitarian leadership and program coordination. Currently serving as a Consultant pédagogique at Deakin University since June 2024, Francine contributes to the training of students in humanitarian leadership programs. Additionally, as the Deputy Program Director at Première Urgence Internationale since April 2024, Francine is responsible for program coordination. Francine has also held leadership roles, including Chapter Leader for the International Association of Coaching® in Mali since January 2022, as well as Chief of Mission and Country Program Coordinator for COOPI from October 2020 to April 2024. Previous experience includes positions at Action Against Hunger and COOPI, showcasing a robust background in program management and field coordination. Francine holds a Diplôme d'étude supérieure in Humanitarian Leadership from Deakin University and a Master’s degree in Integrated Water Resources Management from 2ie de Ouagadougou.
