Francesco Staehli

Francesco Staehli is a seasoned expert in drug discovery and development with extensive experience at Debiopharm since July 2012, where roles have included Global Program Head, Global Project Leader, and Drug Discovery Project Leader. Key responsibilities involve implementing drug discovery strategies, managing financial resources, and leading early-stage projects in oncology and immunology. Before Debiopharm, Francesco held a Post-Doctoral Fellow position at the University of Lausanne, focusing on immune regulation. Francesco holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Immunology, a Master of Science in Medical Biology, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology, all from the University of Lausanne.
