Declan O'Sullivan

Declan O'Sullivan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the asset management and investment funds sector. Since June 2010, Declan has served as a Partner and Notary Public at Dechert, following a successful tenure as a Partner at William Fry from November 1995 to May 2010. Declan qualified as a solicitor in 1992 after obtaining a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) from University College Dublin and later earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial Law from the same institution. Education also includes attendance at the Law Society of Ireland and Blackrock College.
