Tayyibah Arif

Tayyibah Arif is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Counsel in the Financial Restructuring Group at Dechert LLP since June 2021. Prior to this role, Tayyibah was Counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from September 2011 to May 2021, where experience was gained in Private Equity/Corporate and Restructuring teams, as well as completing various traineeships. Additionally, Tayyibah has served as a Secondee at Advent International. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Legal Practice Course with Distinction from The College of Law, and a Foundation Certificate in International Insolvency from INSOL International, among other educational achievements.
