Elder Granger

Major General Elder Granger, M.D., currently is the President and CEO of The 5Ps, LLC, a health-care, education, and leadership consulting organization. Prior to his retirement from the US Army, MG Granger served as the Deputy Director of TRICARE Management Activity, a Department of Defense (DoD) field activity responsible for operating the Military Health System as a fully integrated health care system within DoD. He was responsible for TRICARE health and medical resources, supervising and administering TRICARE programs, funding and other resources – providing oversight of high-quality, accessible health care for 9.2 million beneficiaries worldwide. He earned a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Arkansas for Medical Services, completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Hematology-Oncology at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center. MG Granger was awarded an honorary Doctor of Science Degree from Meharry Medical College.
