Rachel Kupelian

Rachel Kupelian is currently serving as Vice President at Declaration Partners LP, an investment firm established in 2017. Previously, Kupelian held roles as Private Equity Senior Associate and Private Equity Associate at Global Infrastructure Partners from August 2019 to March 2022.
