Nikita Melnikovs

Nikita Melnikovs is an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Sales and a Member of the Board at DECTA since June 2018, Nikita has previously held significant roles at Tieto from March 2005 to January 2018, including Sales Director, Partner Manager for Card Systems, and System Support Consultant. In these positions, Nikita successfully managed large accounts, cultivated new customer relationships, and oversaw partner relationships within the Cards Business Unit. Academically, Nikita holds an MBA from Riga Business School and a degree from Riga Technical University.
