Estêvão Fáy

Estêvão Fáy is a Back End Engineer at Deel since July 2024, previously part of the founding team at Mentum from February 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities extended beyond back-end development to ideation and implementation of various projects. From February 2019 to February 2022, Estêvão held multiple roles at CI&T, initially as a Software Engineer focusing on client integration, then as a Senior Back-End Software Engineer and Senior DevOps/SRE Engineer, contributing to critical microservices and infrastructure for Ab-Inbev's BEES platform. Prior experience includes a Process Mapping academic project at CPFL Energia and intern positions at Nitryx Consulting, focusing on quality assurance and hardware prototyping. Estêvão holds an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering from FACAMP and a high school background from Colegio Visconde de Porto Seguro and Southeast Raleigh High School.
