Mariah Hantis

Mariah Hantis, CPP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Operations, Payroll, and Benefits at Deel since March 2022, after transitioning from the role of Director of Total Rewards. Prior to Deel, Mariah held various positions at Madison Logic from March 2018 to March 2022, including Director of Payroll & Total Rewards and Sr. Manager of Payroll & Benefits. Mariah's experience also includes serving as Payroll & Benefits Administrator at Chester School District from December 2014 to February 2018, and as Accounts Receivable & Billing Coordinator at Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C. from July 2008 to April 2014. Academically, Mariah obtained a Master of Arts in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Secondary Education from William Paterson University of New Jersey, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from County College of Morris.
