Allen Cadden

Allen Cadden is a seasoned professional in the geotechnical engineering field, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Deep Foundations Institute since October 2021. With an extensive career at Schnabel Engineering since June 1984, Allen holds the positions of Principal and GeoStructures Practice Leader, as well as Chairman of the Board. Allen has also contributed to the International Society for Micropiles as a Past Chairman since May 2014 and has been a member of ADSC-IAFD since 2002. Previously, Allen served as President of the GeoInstitute of ASCE from October 2014 to October 2015, where valuable collaborations with talented colleagues in the profession took place. Allen earned a Masters of Engineering in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
