Matthew Glisson

Matthew Glisson is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in geotechnical engineering and deep foundation projects. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Activities at Deep Foundations Institute since February 2022, Matthew previously held the position of Technical Leader and Principal Engineer at Braun Intertec Corporation from September 2005 to February 2022, where leadership in the Deep Foundation Group was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at GME Consultants, Inc., focusing on construction materials testing and geotechnical evaluations, and Senior Staff Engineer at Schnabel Engineering, managing geotechnical investigations and construction testing. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Marquette University and a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
