Harry MacPherson

Harry Macpherson is a Founding Analyst specializing in Artificial Negative Emissions Technologies at Deep Science Ventures since May 2022. Prior to this, Harry was a Research Scientist at Johnson Matthey from August 2017 to May 2022, where significant contributions included leading the EcoFuel project focused on electrochemical CO2 reduction and developing processes for recycling lithium-ion batteries. Additionally, Harry served as a Materials Scientist, leading a project to enhance the yield of a precious metal for a major automotive client. Earlier internships include roles at The Institute of Art and Ideas, AGH University of Science and Technology, and Superglass Insulation Ltd, among others. Harry holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Materials Science from the University of Oxford, completed in 2017.
