Molly Hoelper

Molly Hoelper is a skilled mechanical engineer and outdoor enthusiast with extensive experience in various roles across the engineering and ski industries. Currently serving as a Ski Patroller at Deer Valley Resort since November 2024, Molly previously worked as a Bike and Ski Patroller at Woodward and as a Ski Instructor at Alta Ski Area. Prior experience includes mechanical design engineering at Packsize and Creator, where multidisciplinary collaboration and mentorship played key roles. Molly also contributed as an Associate Show Mechanical Engineer at Walt Disney Imagineering, involved in the detailed design of Audio-Animatronic figures. Early career experiences include internships at Walt Disney Imagineering and Climatepedia, as well as a student assistant role at UC Davis's Engineering Fabrication Laboratory. Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
