Donna Douglas

Donna Douglas currently serves as SO3 Assurance at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom since March 2023. Prior to this, Donna gained extensive experience in leadership and management as an Officer Cadet with the Royal Air Force from August 2022 to March 2023 and served as Summer School Course Director at Kilgraston School, achieving significant increases in student participation. Donna has also worked in various academic roles, including as an English Language Teaching Fellow at the University of Dundee and Academic Manager at the British Council, where contributions included curriculum design and the management of teaching staff. Donna's educational background includes a Master of Education in TESOL from Sheffield Hallam University, alongside various qualifications from the University of Cambridge and the University of Glasgow.
