Yongxun Toh

Yongxun Toh currently serves as Deputy Head at DSTA, overseeing a team of over 70 to enhance IT application systems for the Singapore Ministry of Defence. Prior roles within DSTA include Principal Engineer, where Yongxun managed a team of 15 to deliver data engineering solutions, and Senior Engineer, tasked with building data analytics capabilities from the ground up. Additional experiences comprise leadership in procurement strategy as Assistant Director, as well as managing freight services procurement as Procurement Manager. Previous positions include roles at Royal Bank of Scotland Business as a part-time Business Management Analyst, Credit Suisse as a Product Controller intern, and Standard Chartered Bank as a Credit Evaluator. Yongxun holds a Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Social Science with Honours in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
