Robert Annicelli

Robert Annicelli serves as the Director of IT Strategy and Planning at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) since August 2021, overseeing strategic planning, governance, enterprise architecture, and capital planning investment control functions. With a strong background in information technology management, Robert previously held roles including IT Manager at NATO and Director of the Strategic Business and Cybersecurity Office at the US Army. Robert's extensive experience at DCMA includes positions such as Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Prior to this, Robert contributed to the Naval Air Systems Command as a Manufacturing and Production Engineer. Academic credentials include a Master's in National Security Studies from the National War College and an M.Eng in Systems Engineering from the University of Maryland, complemented by a BS in Mechanical Engineering from York College of Pennsylvania. Robert possesses a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility and holds a Secret Security Clearance.
