Jennifer K. Hay is an accomplished professional with a robust background in national security and government relations. Currently serving as Director at the Defense Digital Service since January 2023, and as a Visiting Fellow at the National Security Institute since March 2021, Jennifer has previously held significant roles, including Head of Global Government Relations at DataRobot, where a global government relations program was established. With experience at the Department of Defense, including Deputy Director for Intel & Security Programs, Jennifer has a proven track record in managing multi-billion dollar budgets and advising top officials on critical defense issues. Jennifer's academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Pepperdine University.
