Holly Loving

Holly Loving is an experienced professional currently serving as a Domestic Engagement Officer and Liaison Officer at the Defense Intelligence Agency since June 2016, with previous roles as a Project Specialist. Prior to that, Holly was a Graduate Student at the National Defense University from August 2015 to June 2016. Holly's extensive experience at the Defense Intelligence Agency from March 2003 to August 2015 includes positions as a Policy Specialist and Counterintelligence Officer. Holly Loving holds a Certification in Strategy and Performance Management from Georgetown University and a Master of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from American University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The College of William and Mary.
