Jose N. Rodriguez-Ocasio

Jose N. Rodriguez-Ocasio possesses extensive experience in systems architecture, cybersecurity, and information technology management, with a career spanning over two decades in both military and civilian roles. Currently serving at the Defense Intelligence Agency as a C5ISR Systems Architecture and Integration specialist since June 2022, previous positions include Defensive Cyberspace Operations Planner at KASTELLUM Group, LLC, and Account/Program Manager at Trace Systems Inc. Notably, Jose held key leadership roles within the U.S. European Command as the Cybersecurity Branch Chief and Program Manager/Systems Engineer. Additionally, a distinguished tenure in the US Army includes various positions focused on intelligence and operations management. Academically, Jose is pursuing a postgraduate program in Cloud Computing at the Texas McCombs School of Business and holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management from Webster University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
