Marcela Cline has extensive experience in intelligence and defense, serving since March 1996 at the Defense Intelligence Agency in various leadership roles, including Chief of the Middle East/North Africa Division and Chief of Training. Additional positions include Chief of Staff and Acting Chief of the Office of Strategic Planning. Marcela's past experience includes serving as a Policy Advisor for the United States Department of Defense and Chief of the Current Intelligence Branch for the U.S. Air Force. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Hemispheric Security and Defense Studies from the Inter-American Defense College and a Master's of Science in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University, as well as two Bachelor's degrees in Russian and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of South Florida.
