Tywan Purnell

Tywan Purnell, MA, CDFM-A, currently serves as a Program Analyst at the Defense Intelligence Agency since April 2023. Previously, Tywan was a Senior Program/Budget Analyst at the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command from March 2016 to April 2023, and a Budget Analyst at the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command from February 2015 to February 2016, managing substantial operating and reimbursable budgets. Tywan also held leadership roles, including Company Commander at Alpha Company, 369th Adjutant General Battalion, and served as an instructor at the US Army Financial Management School. With extensive experience in disbursing and financial management within various military organizations, Tywan has a strong educational background that includes a Master of Arts in Management & Leadership from Webster University.
