Haley Spletzer

Haley Spletzer, CFCM, currently serves as the Lead Business Operations Officer for Troop Support Europe and Africa at the Defense Logistics Agency since October 2024. Previously, Haley held the position of Education with Industry Fellow at Marque Ventures from August 2023 to December 2024, focusing on Department of Defense acquisitions. Haley's background includes significant experience in the United States Air Force, where roles included Procurement Contracting Officer responsible for a $25 million contract, Contracts Manager for the F-22 Sustainment Branch managing $150 million in projects, and leading a team for a $42 million portfolio at Sheppard AFB. Additionally, Haley was a Defense Ventures Fellow at Toggle Industries, contributing to the development of innovative construction technology. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in International Law and Legal Studies from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
