Jimmy Toal

Jimmy Toal has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various industries, including packaging and logistics. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager at SMC Packaging Group since November 2017, Jimmy Toal has also held the position of Commanding Officer - Joint Directorate Chief for the Defense Logistics Agency since May 2024. Additionally, Jimmy Toal has a long-standing military career in the US Navy Reserve as a Captain in the Supply Corps and has held significant roles such as Commodore for the SECOND Navy Expeditionary Logistics Regiment and Commanding Officer for Navy Cargo Handling Battalion 13. Previous professional experience includes ownership of Grade Power Learning, General Manager at AGE Industries, and various positions within Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation and Rock-Tenn Company. Jimmy Toal holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas.
