Kelly Barron

Kelly Barron has extensive experience in human resources and change management, currently serving as the Workplace Experience Transformation Lead and Change Manager at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since October 2018. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as an HR Business Partner at Sainsbury's from September 2007 to March 2018 and held the position of HR Manager at Dewhirst Group from 2001 to 2007. Kelly's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) hons in Business & Finance and a Management Diploma in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Sunderland.
