Kimberly Mecca

Kimberly Mecca is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Director at the Delaware County Intermediate Unit since December 2019. Previously, Kimberly held roles as Executive Director and Director of Psychological Services for The School District of Philadelphia from December 2016 to January 2020, and as a School Psychologist and Supervisor of Pupil Personnel at Scranton School District from July 2002 to December 2016. Kimberly has also worked as a School Psychologist for Wake County Public School System from December 2007 to July 2009. Kimberly's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from the University of Scranton (1988-1992), a Master's degree in Psychology from Marywood University (1996-2000), and multiple certifications in educational leadership, culminating in an ABD in Strategic Leadership and Administrative Studies from Marywood University (2020-2024).
