Maureen Bolen

Maureen Bolen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in driving business development and strategic planning within the utility sector and technology industries. As the Chief Revenue Officer at Delaware North America since September 2024, Maureen focuses on business development and new SAP offerings. Maureen has served as President and CEO of The Bolen Group since December 2015, specializing in utility strategic planning and change management. Previous roles include Chief Growth Officer at Utegration LLC, where Maureen led revenue growth efforts, and Managing Director of Customer Experience & Billing at Utegration, where strategic market initiatives were developed. Maureen’s career also includes leadership positions at Circle Media Inc., Vertex Business Services, Southern California Edison, SAP, OSIsoft, and SAIC/DS&S. Maureen holds a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering and Project Risk Management and dual Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nuclear Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
