C. Tony Tucker

C. Tony Tucker currently serves as the Senior Associate Vice President at Delaware State University since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tucker held various leadership positions including Head of School and Director of Enrollment Management at Grand River Academy from November 2018 to March 2023, and managed Upper School Admissions at Flint Hill School from September 2016 to September 2018. Tucker also served as Director of Admission at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy from September 2013 to September 2016. In the professional sports arena, Tucker was an NBA Scout for the Charlotte Hornets from June 2008 to June 2013, where evaluation of college and international players took place in preparation for the NBA Draft. Earlier in career, Tucker co-founded the basketball academy at IMG Academy in January 2001 and managed global recruitment and daily operations until September 2007. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Delaware.
