Gigi Hui

Gigi Hui is an experienced People & Culture Business Partner with a strong background in human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the People & Culture Business Partnering Manager at Delegat Limited since September 2018, Gigi collaborates with international teams to enhance the company's global vision as a leading Super Premium wine company. Previous roles include Head of People & Culture at ELE Group, where leadership responsibilities encompassed HR strategy and operations, and Employment Relations/HR Advisor at Spectrum Care Trust Board, specializing in complex employee relations matters. Additional experience includes HR advisory roles at Nestlé and PwC New Zealand, as well as administrative positions at AECOM and Southern Cross Health Society. Gigi holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Auckland and has completed specialized training in business excellence and neuroscience coaching.
