Melanie Hawkins

Melanie Hawkins is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Delegat Limited since April 2019, Melanie has previously held roles such as Learning and Development Business Partner at Beca, Senior Consultant/Instructional Designer at Inspire Group, and Learning Design Manager at SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited. Prior positions include Technical Learning Leader at both Lion Nathan and Tooheys Pty Ltd, and Curriculum Development Manager at FITEC, where qualifications were developed in collaboration with industry representatives.
