Carol Rod

Carol Rod is an experienced executive with a robust background in operations and management within the packaging industry. Currently serving as General Manager at delfort since April 2017, Carol previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Dominion Packaging from September 2015 to January 2017. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations at Reynolds Consumer Products Inc. from May 2007 to April 2015 and earlier as Director of Manufacturing. Carol holds a Master's degree in Community Psychology with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Marten University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Michigan State University.
