Gabriele Fischereder is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in regulatory affairs, product development, and category management. Currently serving as a Regulatory Affairs Officer at delfort since May 2021, Gabriele specializes in assessing product safety and ensuring compliance with various food contact and environmental regulations, including the issuance of compliance documents and coordination of certification projects. Prior experience includes a role as Category Manager at Resch&Frisch, overseeing product life cycle management and compliance with food regulations, and establishing a recipe and specification software while working in product development at Resch&Frisch GmbH.
