Juuso Rantanen

Juuso Rantanen has extensive experience in product development, R&D, and innovation management, currently serving as Innovation Manager at delfort since December 2015. Responsibilities include managing project portfolios, overseeing corporate innovation processes, and collaborating with universities on research initiatives, as well as supporting pilot paper line operations. Previously, Juuso held the position of Technical Customer Service Manager, focusing on technical support and product management for uncoated printing papers. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Science degree in Natural Fiber Technology and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Aalto University, where Juuso conducted research on novel products and processes involving chemical pulp fibers and microfibrillated cellulose. Early career experiences include roles as a trainee and operator at UPM Raflatac, contributing to quality improvements in adhesive laminate paper processes.
