Manuel Valle Torre

Manuel Valle Torre is a researcher and PhD student at Technische Universiteit Delft since February 2018, focusing on data science and education. Prior experience includes a role as Project Manager at VRTECH, where a custom information system for property record management was implemented for a governmental secretariat.
