Tim Bodell

Tim Bodell is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Delicato Family Wines since April 2023. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Culinary Director at The Family Coppola from May 2011 to April 2023, overseeing all culinary operations at Francis Ford Coppola Winery, including various dining services and events. Previous experience includes roles as Sous Chef at Brick and Bottle, Chef/Owner at Cultivate Events, and Chef at Avery's Wine Bar. Tim is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where an Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts was obtained.
