Pierre Decroix

Pierre Decroix is a professional with extensive experience in the industrial frozen bakery sector, currently serving as the Responsable du pôle méthodes centrales industrielles Boulangerie-Viennoiserie-Pâtisserie at Délifrance since 2013. In this role, Pierre oversees the deployment of the MES solution across 14 industrial sites and supervises initiatives aimed at operational excellence and maintenance methodologies. Previous positions held include Responsable méthodes centrales industrielles Viennoiserie-Pâtisserie at Délifrance from 2007 to 2012, and various roles at United Biscuits where responsibilities included ERP implementation and new product industrialization. Pierre holds an engineering degree in Food Industry Technologies from the Institut superieur d'agriculture et d'agroalimentaire, Lille.
