Miles Rippon

Miles Rippon currently serves as the VP International Channels at Delinea, beginning in December 2023. Previously, Miles held positions including Senior Director EMEA Channels and OEM at Absolute Software, Director of EMEA Channels and Alliances at CyberArk, and Director of EMEA Channels at Carbon Black, Inc. Additionally, Miles served as Director of EMEA Channels and Alliances at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where significant achievements included channel business development contributing over 80% of company sales. Prior roles included VP Channels & UK General Manager at Clearswift Ltd and Vice President EMEA Channels at RSA Security. Miles's extensive experience spans various leadership roles throughout Europe, focusing on channel strategy, revenue generation, and partner development. Starting a career at Sphinx Level V as UK Sales Manager, Miles built a strong foundation in sales and channel management. Education was completed at Desborough School, from 1979 to 1985.
