Earlier culinary roles as Sous-chef at Le Garde Manger Wagram and Chef de partie at Restaurant Levain showcase a diverse skill set in both food preparation and team collaboration. Additionally, experience as Head of Sales and Business Development at Artsper involved acquiring a significant number of art galleries and launching several successful initiatives aimed at increasing buyer engagement.
