Chris Tingley

Chris Tingley is a seasoned professional in disaster management and humanitarian assistance, currently serving as a Delivery Leader at Delivery Associates since August 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Consultant at the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance in early 2022, and a Graduate Research Assistant at the National Center for Disaster Preparedness, Columbia Climate School, from October 2020 to May 2022. Chris has also held positions such as Senior Food Distribution Program Specialist at USDA and Community HIV/AIDS Outreach Volunteer with the Peace Corps. Furthermore, Chris has worked in international disaster services with the American Red Cross. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Health Services Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
