Dayo A. is an experienced professional in instructional design, training, and career consulting, with a strong background in developing e-learning solutions across various sectors. Currently serving as a Deliverology Academy Trainer at Delivery Associates since July 2023, Dayo A. collaborates with internal stakeholders to create blended learning experiences and certifies internal experts for training delivery. Previously as a Senior Instructional Designer at iLab Technologies, Dayo A. successfully transformed over 50 course materials into e-learning formats for leading financial institutions and directed EdTech initiatives. Experience as a Trainer and Career Consultant at DP Careers includes training over 1,500 young professionals and assisting with Global Talent Visa documentation. Dayo A. has also led projects in e-learning product development and learning management coordination, contributing to an engaged online learning community.
