Kate Highstrete

Kate Highstrete is an experienced professional with a diverse background in consulting and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Delivery Leader at Delivery Associates, Kate has previously worked as an Associate Consultant at Social Strategy Associates LLC and as an Impact Consultant at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Additionally, Kate has experience as a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for Art for Refugees in Transition (A.R.T.) and interned at UNESCO in the Art-Lab for Human Rights and Dialogue. Academically, Kate holds a Master of Public Administration in Development Practice with a specialization in Management from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Saint Mary's College of California.
