Nyeur Padilha has extensive experience in operations and customer success, currently serving as Coordenador de Operações and Coordenador de Customer Success at Delivery Much Brasil since May 2017. This role involves managing a team of consultants focused on franchisee success and overseeing projects that enhance the franchise network and innovate in the online delivery market.
