Roy Jones has over two decades of experience in project management and technical support roles, currently serving at Dell since October 2003 in various capacities including Project Management, Program Manager Support Analyst, SME Price Override Desk, Sales Support Specialist, and Operations Support Specialist. Prior to Dell, Roy Jones worked at Advantage Power Solutions as a Senior Technician and Project Manager from August 2000 to September 2003, and held the position of Technician II at Harte-Hanks, Inc. from January 2000 to August 2000. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate Technician at ACS Dataline from September 1999 to January 2000 and time in the US Army from August 1993 to August 1996.
