Caroline Liu

Caroline Liu, MTax, CPA, is a Senior Manager at Deloitte Canada, specializing in Canadian tax compliance for corporations, trusts, and partnerships with a focus on the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) and real estate industries. Caroline has extensive experience in IFRS, ASPE, and US GAAP tax provision preparation and audit, as well as reorganization planning in M&A transactions, owner-manager restructuring, and estate planning. Caroline's career at Deloitte began in 2014 as a co-op student, progressing through various roles, including Tax Analyst, Senior, and Manager before assuming the current Senior Manager position in September 2018. Caroline holds a Master of Taxation from the University of Waterloo and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from The University of British Columbia. Additional experience includes internships in auditing and customer service roles prior to joining Deloitte.
