Deblina Sharma

Deblina Sharma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale transformation programs, particularly in the Life Sciences sector. Currently serving as Principal and Managing Director at Deloitte since February 2019, Deblina leads global SAP Transformation programs. Prior to Deloitte, experience includes leadership roles at IBM from September 2006 to January 2019, where responsibilities encompassed leading the Oracle Practice for North America and driving innovation in SAP programs, while managing P&L across various industries. Earlier roles at GE and PwC included overseeing service delivery and consulting in Oracle Applications, respectively. Deblina holds a degree from the University of Calcutta.
