Eileen Schreiber Radis

Eileen Schreiber Radis is an experienced professional in the consulting industry, currently serving as the Human Capital Life Sciences Health Care Leader and Principal at Deloitte Consulting since September 2011. Eileen began a career at Deloitte in 2001 and held various positions, including Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, and Senior Manager before advancing to Principal. In addition to corporate roles, Eileen served as a Board Member for Providence House from November 2017 to November 2023. Eileen holds an MBA in Management & Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Speech Communication from Miami University. Eileen also completed an internship at The Cradle in 2005.
