Eric Capron

Eric Capron is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in finance and management consulting. Currently serving as a Principal at Deloitte since September 2002, Eric specializes in M&A finance integrations, carve-outs, finance transformation, finance strategy, organizational design, and service delivery optimization. Prior to Deloitte, Eric worked as a Principal Consultant at CGI, focusing on state and local financial system design, development, and implementation from June 1997 to October 2000. Eric holds an MBA from UC Irvine (2000-2002) and a B.B.A. in Accounting and MIS from New Mexico State University (1993-1997).
